STAN'S crest s2 rear wheel - 29'' - 12x148 ta - sram xdr - 6-bolt - gray

Upgrade your XC or gravel bike with a premium tubeless wheelset designed for superior ride quality. Tubeless technology enhances comfort, control, and reduces rolling resistance, with Stan's innovative Bead Socket Technology (BST) ensuring effortless inflation and a secure seal. Since its debut over 15 years ago, the Crest rim with BST has been at the forefront of the tubeless revolution. Today’s Crest S2 wheels feature quick, easy tubeless setup, legendary airtight sealing, and a 25mm internal width that provides exceptional stability for 40mm to 2.3 gravel and XC tires. Crafted from durable 6061 aluminum with reinforced spoke beds and eyeleted spoke holes, these rims are built for longevity. The wheelset is equipped with fast-engaging E-sync hubs, designed to withstand the demands of eBikes and aggressive riding. Featuring cromoly axles, heat-treated steel ratchet rings, double-row Enduro bearings, and pawls that reduce stress on bearings, E-sync hubs deliver smooth, long-lasting performance with quick 8.18° engagement. Perfect for riders seeking low maintenance and high performance, the Crest S2 wheelset uses traditional J-bend spokes for easy serviceability and compatibility. Matched wheelsets share a single spoke length, and endcaps are compatible with previous Neo hubs. Available with Shimano Micro Spline, HG, or SRAM XDR freehubs, and 6-bolt or Centerlock brake options, these tubeless-ready wheels come with rim tape installed. Whether hitting local trails, racing XC, or embarking on gravel adventures, the Crest S2 enhances your ride with a 25mm rim width optimized for tires up to 2.3.
