Met deze Surface Pro Dock kunt u een Microsoft Surface Pro 4 gebruiken als centraal systeem voor een professionele vergaderruimte. De Surface Pro kan overweg met alle moderne webconferencing oplossingen, zoals MS Teams, Skype, Zoom etc. Deze DOCK wordt gekoppeld met bv een Polycom of Logitech USB Camera en een Polycom USB Speakerphone.

Er zijn talrijke combinaties mogelijk van een eenvoudige webcam als de Logitech C930 tot een zeer professionele Polycom PTZ-camera als de Eagle Eye MSR. Maar ook de Polycom CX5500 360 graden rondom camera is een optie!Het docking station met de Surface Pro staat op de vergadertafel en kan vaststellen wanneer de ruimte betreden wordt en komt dan uit zijn standby stand. Vervolgens bedient u de Surface Pro met het aanraakscherm en start de vergadering vanuit uw agenda. Groot beeldscherm, camera en geluid zijn gekoppeld en staan direct tot uw beschikking.
