The NOHrD chin-up bar/abs module for SlimBeam multi-gym upgrades your training by some training components. Depending upon the use, you can use this module for chin-ups or with the lat-pul upgrade set for a specific lat training. This module can also be used for abs training being set at middle or low height. Lying on an optionally available training bench or a mat, you can do some abs, for instance, to strengthen your trunk muscles.
