The single player game aside, War of the Ring also caters for an 8-way multi-player frenzy over the net. Fantasy locales are typical of the Middle-earth world, and take players to infamous locations such as Helm's Deep. And to make the game world more immersive and believable, the developer has included some spectacular and unpredictable weather effects including wind and rain.
