Prepare your skin Exfoliate your skin 24 hours before applying your self-tanner. Moisturise dry areas such as your hands, feet, knees, ankles and elbows before application. 2. Apply the self-tanner Pump the product onto an application mitt and massage the self-tanner into the skin using sweeping motions. Leave your hands and feet until last and apply using light, gentle strokes. 3. Let your tan develop Your tan will develop over 4-6 hours.
