Rijkelijk aanbrengen op de droge of natte huid, een half uur vóór blootstelling aan de zon, en op een afstand van maximaal 5 cm van de huid. Het product gelijkmatig verdelen tot het volledig is opgenomen en om de 2 uur opnieuw aanbrengen op de natte of droge huid. Na het zweten, zwemmen of afdrogen nogmaals aanbrengen. Als er niet genoeg product wordt aangebracht, vermindert de beschermingsfactor.
