Product informatie
In Gimmick 2, you meet the little green yokai Yumetaro again.
Decades after his first adventure, he embarks on a new mission in a world full of exciting challenges, dangerous enemies, and hidden treasures.
The game can be played either in a more friendly assisted mode or, if you want a challenge, in the authentic "Gimmick!" mode.
As a yokai, Yumetaro has the ability to summon and throw a powerful star that not only bounces but also retains the power of its movement.
The star can be used to activate switches, defend against enemies, and even carry you to hard-to-reach areas as you explore the secrets of the world.
You can discover treasures, find shortcuts, or break speed records by learning the physics of star jumping.
In his work for the Gimmick! 2 soundtrack, he wrote brand new melodies and reconstructed old classic pieces.
The soundtrack was creatively directed by Pelle Cahndlerby and recorded live in Sweden with Joel Bille.
This, combined with the fact that the game's physics and mechanics were far ahead of its time, made the game wonderful and beloved.
With Gimmick! 2, however, there is no longer any doubt: this is a game that the whole world should have the opportunity to experience.
- Experiment with it to fully unleash its dynamics.
- This is a game with real star power.
- Composer David Wise needs no introduction.
- The original Gimmick! game was released for the Famicomtm in 1992.
- This game was localized and released in the West, but only in Scandinavia.
