Enduro Bearings introduces the 3900 LLU MAX – a high-performance, double-row, ABEC-3 radial suspension bearing designed specifically for mountain biking. Developed over 20 years ago to tackle the demanding forces at mountain bike pivots, MAX bearings deliver 35-40% greater load capacity than standard radial bearings. This is achieved through a unique design that incorporates the maximum number of balls (full-complement) in a custom-ground slot in the races, with deeper race grooves for enhanced lateral support against twisting and multi-directional forces. Featuring deep-groove race design, Grade 10 balls, and full-contact, double-lip labyrinth (LLU) seals, these bearings provide superior protection against dirt, water, and debris while maintaining 90% fill of high-pressure Almagard grease. The double-row configuration significantly reduces suspension flex and doubles the contact area, making it ideal as a suspension pivot bearing. Available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid, and XD-15 with ceramic or stainless steel balls, these bearings are engineered for maximum durability and performance in demanding mountain biking conditions.
