DJI Care Refresh provides one year of service protection for DJI Action 4 series cameras, covering accidental damage such as impacts and contact with water. The plan includes two replacements for an additional fee, with replacement costs of PLN 119 for the first replacement, PLN 185 for the second and PLN 249 for the third. Damaged equipment is replaced with a new or equivalent product. DJI Care Refresh must be activated within 30 days of the devices first activation. Replacement requests are handled through DJIs service centre, with priority shipping and free delivery for replacement units.
