The bianconeri lost both of their Derby della Mole League fixtures to Torino by a two goal margin, but Carlo Parola's side still led the championship race through until the April before being overtaken. Juve battled right until the last round of fixtures and it was a defeat in Perugia that finally surrendered the scudetto to their great rivals.
