Elegoo - Mars 4 - 3D-Printer

De Elegoo Mars 4 is een krachtige resinprinter in een compact ontwerp. Met zijn bouwvolume van 153,36 x 77,76 x 175 mm en 9K-resolutie kunnen creatieve ideeën met gemak worden gerealiseerd.

High definition 7 inch mono LCD-scherm

Mars 4 is uitgerust met een 7 inch 9K (8520 x 4320 pixels) HD monochroom LCD-scherm met een indrukwekkende xy-resolutie van 18 x 18 µm. Zelfs bij een afdruksnelheid van 70 mm/u zijn fijne details met scherpe hoeken en randen zichtbaar.

COB-lichtbron

De printer maakt gebruik van een krachtige COB-lichtbron die een uniforme UV-lichtstraal met een golflengte van 405 nm uitzendt voor een hoge lichtefficiëntie en lichtopbrengst. De lichtbron bestaat uit 36 LED's, die zich onder het LCD-scherm bevinden en deze gelijkmatig verlichten.

Ontworpen voor stabiliteit

► Anti-slip nivelleerschroeven met binnenzeskant vergemakkelijken het nivelleren van de bouwplaat,

► de Z-as lineaire rail zorgt voor stabiele en soepele bewegingen en gladde oppervlakken zonder zichtbare lagen,

► stevige en schokbestendige basis,

► Een getrapt ontwerp van het middelste platform voorkomt dat ontsnappende hars in het apparaat stroomt en de interne componenten beschadigt.

Efficiënt warmteafvoersysteem

Mars 4 is uitgerust met een speciale warmtegeleidende koperen buis voor een snellere warmteoverdracht en een grote ventilator* voor een efficiëntere warmteafvoer.

*De ventilator bevindt zich naast de COB-lichtbron.

Lasergegraveerde bouwplaat

De lasergegraveerde bouwplaat van de Mars 4 zorgt voor een uitstekende eerste laag en uitstekende hechting van het model.

3,5 inch touchscreen

Het gebruiksvriendelijke touchscreen van 3,5 inch ondersteunt voorbeeldweergave van het model en real-time voortgangsbewaking.

Intelligent ontwerp

Mars 4 is beveiligd tegen onvoorziene fouten. Het voorplatform is iets verschoven voor het geval de resin eruit lekt.

Plug-in-Air Purifier 2.0

De plug-in luchtreiniger is speciaal ontworpen voor 3D-printers om resingeuren effectief te absorberen. De luchtreiniger heeft een actief koolfilter met afdekking.

Voxeldance Tango met 3 drukstanden

Mars 4 is uitgerust met de intelligente Voxeldance Tango Slicing-software. Er zijn drie verschillende afdrukmodi beschikbaar:

• static modus voor afdrukken volgens vooraf ingestelde parameter
• smooth modus waarin de afdruksnelheid dynamisch wordt aangepast aan verschillende factoren,
• high-speed modus waarin het afdrukproces sneller wordt voltooid met verbeterde efficiëntie op basis van de smooth modus.

Open-Source GOO Slicing Format

Elegoo's zelfontwikkelde open source GOO-slicing-indeling is compatibel met vele andere slicing-software (CHITUBOX, Lychee, etc.) naast Voxeldance Tango.
